Abdul Haseeb Qazi
Abdul Haseeb Qazi is a dedicated commercial dispute resolution lawyer with five years of experience advising and representing clients across a range of sectors, including commodities trading, shipping, energy, real estate, capital markets, cement, and mining.
He regularly appears before the High Courts of Sindh and Balochistan, as well as specialized tribunals and district courts, where he represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation, regulatory proceedings, and constitutional matters.
In addition to litigation, he advises clients on Pakistan’s framework for the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards under the New York Convention. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the author of the Pakistan chapter of Lexology’s Investment Treaty Arbitration Guide (2022 and 2023 editions), which explores the country’s investment policy and legal landscape, bilateral investment treaties, investor-state arbitration, and enforcement mechanisms.
Abdul Haseeb began his legal career at RIAA Barker Gillette. He holds an LL.B. (Hons.) and is enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. He is fluent in English, Urdu, and Sindhi.
